Uses
This local variety of pink lentils is a highly valuable source of plant-based protein.
They hold their shape well during cooking and are recommended for salads, lentil stews, soups, side dishes, and more.
Cooking time: 25 minutes, no soaking required.
For an original recipe, you can even pair them with the farm’s Einkorn wheat to make a unique risotto.
