A semi-hard, uncooked pressed cheese, weighing approximately 400g. This versatile cheese is delightful on a slice of bread and equally perfect for melting into dishes like raclette or tartiflette.
Crafted from STG-certified hay milk collected at Ferme Romé in Royaumeix, where cows are traditionally fed grass and hay, respecting the rhythm of the seasons, without fermented feed or GMOs. The milk is then transformed at the Fromagerie du Lac in Fenneviller.
