Pasta - Trecce 500g (Agriculture Biologique)

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina* and ancient Poulard wheat*, water.

Cooking instructions: Cook for approximately 4 to 6 minutes, depending on the desired al dente or soft texture.

Their cereals, both ancient and modern, are cultivated in their fields, where they produce while preserving biodiversity, water, and soil. For the production of pasta and ravioli, they sow durum wheat, ancient Poulard wheat (a semolina wheat), and soft wheat. The resulting flours and semolinas are stone-milled, preserving the maximum amount of nutritional minerals.

Their pasta is bronze-drawn, which gives it the rough texture needed to hold the sauce. It undergoes slow drying at low temperatures to preserve its taste qualities.
