Faisselle 500g (Certified Organic)
Ladled Faisselle made with organic hay milk.
It can be enjoyed both plain or seasoned, and is also perfect for dessert.
Produced from Hay Milk (STG), sourced from Ferme Romé in Royaumeix, where the cows are traditionally fed grass in the summer and hay in the winter, following the natural rhythms of the seasons, without fermented feed or GMOs.
The milk is then processed by the Fromagerie du Lac in Fenneviller.
