Uses and Instructions:

Face & Body: The Multi-Care Oil hydrates and soothes sensitive, irritated skin. Ideal for razor burn. Apply a thin layer on the skin 1 to 2 times a day.
Hair: The Multi-Care Oil strengthens hair, prevents and reduces hair loss, and promotes growth. Apply to dry hair 30 minutes before shampooing (or leave overnight). It can also be applied daily (a few drops) to hair.
Precautions:

Store away from light and heat.
Not recommended for children under 5 years old and pregnant women.
