Producer: Romain LAMONTAGNE, based in the Cévennes Ardéchoises, manages his multi-century-old chestnut orchards on terraced land, non-mechanizable and cultivated in an extensive manner.
He has been committed to organic farming since 2016 and AOP certification since 2017. He has never used any phytosanitary products or treatments.
His chestnut cream has been nominated three consecutive years at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris (Silver medal in 2019, Gold medal in 2020 and 2022), a testament to the quality of his work.
