Romain LAMONTAGNE is a chestnut producer in the Ardèche Cévennes region. He cultivates centuries-old chestnut groves on steep terraces, using extensive and non-mechanized methods.
Certified organic since 2016 and AOP since 2017, Romain has never used chemical pesticides or treatments.
His chestnut cream has been awarded multiple times at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris, with a silver medal in 2019 and gold medals in 2020 and 2022, reflecting the exceptional quality of his work.
