This cheese is approximately 2 kg, made from pressed, uncooked cheese paste. It can be enjoyed either raw or cooked.
It is produced from hay milk (STG) collected from the Romé farm in Royaumeix, where cows are traditionally fed grass and hay, respecting the rhythm of the seasons, without fermented feed or GMOs.
The milk is then processed by the Fromagerie du Lac located in Fenneviller.
