Pressed Uncooked Cheese (Approx. 500g)
This cheese is made from hay milk STG collected at the Romé farm in Royaumeix. The cows are traditionally fed on grass and hay, without fermented feed or GMOs, in line with the rhythm of the seasons. The milk is then processed by the Fromagerie du Lac in Fenneviller.
This cheese can be enjoyed on its own or used in various culinary preparations.
