Cheese approximately 500g, pressed uncooked cheese
This cheese can be enjoyed both raw or cooked.
It is made from hay milk (STG) collected at the Romé farm in Royaumeix, where the cows are traditionally fed grass and hay, respecting the rhythm of the seasons, without fermented feed or GMOs.
The milk is then processed by the Fromagerie du Lac located in Fenneviller.
