Approximately 500g Hazelnut Tomme (Organic Farming)
This cheese is a pressed, uncooked pâte that can be enjoyed either on its own or used in cooking.
It is made from hay milk (STG) collected from the Romé farm in Royaumeix, where the cows are traditionally fed on grass and hay, following the seasonal rhythm, without fermented feed or GMOs.
The milk is then processed by the Fromagerie du Lac, located in Fenneviller.
