Le Pré en Bulles is an Emmental-style cheese.
It is a cooked pressed cheese made from raw milk (Fat content: 45%).
Ingredients: Hay milk (STG), salt, lactic ferments, rennet.
Hay Milk is the original form of milk production. Cows are traditionally fed grass in the summer and hay in the winter, following the rhythm of the seasons. Protected by an official quality mark, Hay Milk guarantees milk production without fermented feed or GMOs, staying as close to nature as possible.
GIE Biotop is a group of farmers in Lorraine (including Ferme Romé) who work with organic farming out of conviction. Today, in collaboration with artisan cheesemakers, they offer raw milk cheeses made locally near the Vosges, following the traditional methods of fruitières.
