Romain LAMONTAGNE, located in the Cévennes Ardèchoises, cultivates his multi-centennial chestnut orchards on terraced, non-mechanizable land, using extensive methods.
He has been committed to organic farming since 2016, AOP since 2017, and has never used any phytosanitary products or treatments.
His chestnut cream has been awarded three consecutive times at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris (Silver Medal in 2019, Gold Medals in 2020 and 2022), a testament to the quality of his work.
